
One of the best ways to learn more about coffee is through an evaluation process known as a cupping. In our cupping classes we'll cover the following subjects in extensive detail:
- Coffee Sourcing
- Coffee Roasting Techniques
- Sample Roasting & Evaluation
- Full Cupping of all our Single Origin Offerings
This class is both educational and fun, and we always offer the opportunity for participants to ask questions about coffee brewing techniques or whatever else comes to mind!
Cupping classes are held at our roastery on available Saturdays.
Classes begin at 11:00am and typically finish around 1:30pm.
