Barista - Tinker Gemini
As a Tinker Gemini barista, you'll be the cornerstone of our mobile coffee experiences, bringing exceptional beverages and service directly to our clients' most important gatherings. This dynamic role combines your passion for coffee craftsmanship with event management expertise, creating memorable experiences that extend well beyond the cup.
In this position, you'll orchestrate the entire mobile café experience from initial setup through seamless service to efficient breakdown. You'll craft specialty drinks that showcase both technical precision and artistic presentation. Your ability to maintain the highest quality standards while managing the fast-paced environment of catered events is what sets you apart.

Green Coffee Buyer & Roaster
Full-Time, Salaried
Join Indianapolis's leading specialty coffee roaster as our Green Coffee Buyer & Roaster! This pivotal role oversees our entire coffee journey from sourcing exceptional green coffee worldwide to developing world-class roast profiles on our production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and manage green coffee portfolio through supplier relationships and rigorous cupping
- Operate production roaster and develop/refine roast profiles for single-origins and blends
- Lead quality control through daily production cuppings and sensory analysis
- Manage green coffee inventory, contracts, and forecasting
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years specialty coffee roasting experience
- 2+ years green coffee buying experience
- Proficiency in sensory analysis/cupping (Q Grader certification preferred)
- Technical roasting knowledge and equipment experience
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
