Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help. Please contact [orders@tinkercoffee.com] for assistance with your order, and please be sure to include your Order Confirmation Number in any correspondence. 

Returns
Due to food safety concerns, returns of coffee products are not accepted. If you are unhappy with your coffee purchase for any reason, please contact [orders@tinkercoffee.com] for assistance.
Returns for defective gear or merchandise can be initiated within [10] days of the purchase date.

Refunds
Once we receive your gear or merchandise return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow [10] days for the refund to process.

Shipping
Return shipping costs for defective merchandise or gear are payable by Tinker Coffee. Please contact [orders@tinkercoffee.com] with your Order Number to process a return shipping label.

Exchanges
We only replace merchandise or gear items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at [orders@tinkercoffee.com].
