This year's Chirpin' Birds pairs two exceptional washed coffees: one from Kirinyaga, near the slopes of Mount Kenya, and another from the highlands of Gedeb in Ethiopia. Together they create a lively, layered cup with tasting notes of jasmine tea, mango, and cacao, finished with a soft floral sweetness that lingers beautifully.
The Kenya component brings structure and depth, with rich cacao and tropical fruit, while the Ethiopian coffee adds delicate florals and tea-like elegance. The result is a vibrant, aromatic spring coffee blend that's perfectly suited for longer days and lighter moments.
