Producer Story

Meet Abdurahman Ababuluga, a first-generation coffee farmer who embodies the entrepreneurial spirit transforming Ethiopian coffee. After serving six years as treasurer of the Duromina cooperative in Boto, Abdurahman returned to his roots with a vision for excellence.

On his 10-acre farm, he cultivates the prized 24110 and 24112 varieties at an impressive 2050 meters above sea level. What sets Abdurahman apart is his direct approach to the global market—having obtained his export license, he sells directly to importers, bringing professionalism and business acumen to every aspect of his operation.

The Cup

This exceptional washed coffee showcases the bright, complex character that Ethiopian highlands are renowned for. The cup opens with the fresh, citrusy brightness of lemongrass, followed by delicate floral notes of jasmine that dance on the palate. A subtle herbal finish of thyme adds depth and sophistication, creating a truly memorable drinking experience.

The meticulous washed processing highlights the clean, vibrant qualities of the 24110 and 24112 varieties, while the high elevation contributes to the coffee's remarkable clarity and complexity.

Experience the dedication of a farmer who bridges tradition and innovation in every cup.
