The village of Belén in Inza is a wonderland of coffee production. With several unique microclimates and strong elevation, coffees from this region showcase exceptionally complex flavor profiles. This particular lot was composed of harvests from six individual farms in the region, all with plots around 20 hectares.

Coffees from Inza have long been some of our favorites due to well roundedness and ability to perform well under nearly any brewing condition. The attention to detail in processing shines through with this lot from Belén. The coffees are picked, then allowed to dry ferment for 18-36 hours after harvesting. The coffees are then pulped and washed, before being set out to dry for 12-15 days on raised beds.
